The Ardèche invites itself to the menu in Ardèche of springs and volcanoes
Ardèche le goût organizes an operation entitled "Ardèche invites itself to the menu!" 4th edition with the CDC Ardèche des Sources et Volcans, the Intercommunal Tourist Office and 10 local restaurateurs.
The objective of the "Ardèche on the menu" event is to raise awareness of local procurement among catering professionals in order to increase the proportion of local products in the meals served, to support the local economy, to promote short circuits and to offer quality menus. This action aims to encourage, support and enhance the structures that integrate Ardèche products in their menus. It allows to bring closer the establishments with the local suppliers/producers. The participating restaurants are committed to offering during this week dishes and menus made from Ardèche products, accompanied by Ardèche drinks.
This event is selected by the approach Les étapes savoureuses d'Ardèche®.
With its experience with the brand Goûtez l'Ardèche® and the accompaniment of local supply, it is the Center for Agri-food Development "Ardèche le goût" which carries this initiative.
