Accommodation on 2 levels: living room with lounge area and fully fitted kitchen area, bedroom (double bed), shower room, WC. Lots of exposed wood and old stone. Central heating. Electric BBQ. Pretty fenced garden area, partly shaded, reserved for occupants of gîte. 5 min. from Thueyts (all shops and activities). Less than 15 min. from Neyrac-les-Bains (spa, swimming pool, cinema). Special package for spa patients: 785€ (NOT July/August).
